It is absolutely fabulous villa and stately mansions built in this prosperous part of Tuscany minimum two centuries ago. Protected from above by Etruscan walls, Villa Serena Exclusive, with it looks down upon the Ghibelline battlements of the tall tower of the princely renaissance estate of Palazzone and then out over the immense valley Val Di Chiana, Montepulciano, lake Trasimeno and in the far distance, mountain Monte Amiata. It is a place, where heaven and earth meet, giving rise to a suggestive alchemy. The villas have all the characteristics of a charming, aristocratic and elegant housing complex with statues of past centuries. An atmosphere of pure exclusivity hovers around these refined homes that have an absolutely unique architectural and aesthetic style, capable of positively influencing even the most refined visitor. A large 2 hectares park surrounds the Villas, and in addition to the swimming pool perfectly equipped for relaxation, it offers the opportunity to stroll and admire the lush vegetation made up of multiple varieties of flowers, olive groves and century-old plants. The pool (9.5 x 4.5, depth 1.30 meters) has been constructed down the hill on it’s own terrace so that people playing noisy games will not disturb those taking a siesta in the villa or in either of it’s annexes. It is approached by a graceful sweep of wide but shallow steps and has the same fantastic views as the rest of the property.

The structure consists of 3 buildings which are welcome one group of family and friends:
Villa and 2 Dependances. Villa and each dependance set into the hill facing the sunset view and each have their own private out door eating area, sun loungers and umbrella. All the rooms are decorated in a rustic, but elegant style in harmony with the age of the villa and its location, there are many antique pieces through out.

Gli appartamenti turistici sono immersi nella tipica campagna toscana a soli 3 Km da Cortona e offrono piscina, parco, spazi verdi, campo da golf, per piccoli gruppi o famiglie che vogliono soggiornare nei pressi di Cortona senza rinunciare alle comodità di un unico alloggio. I Nove appartamenti, disposti al piano terra o anche su due piani, ospitano da 2 a 5 persone ad appartamento. Ogni appartamento è dotato di una grande piscina di 16 X 8 metri, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti che potranno godere dell’inconfondibile profilo di Cortona che si erge alta sulla collina, con i suoi campanili e le sue imponenti mura di origine etrusca. Nel verde della Residenza, la piscina costituirà, nei pomeriggi estivi, una suggestiva oasi di refrigerio e tranquillità. La Città di Cortona è raggiungibile in auto o a piedi, attraverso i sentieri del parco archeologico che iniziano a poche centinaia di metri dal Casale. Cortona ha mantenuto pressoché intatto e difeso il suo aspetto caratterizzato da vicoli, strade scoscese, piazze in un complesso architettonico medievale e rinascimentale, dominato dalla pietra serena che struttura monumenti, palazzi e monasteri. In questa storica Città è stata particolarmente sottolineata l’attività dell’Accademia Etrusca fondata nel 1727, sostenuta fin dalla sua nascita da nomi prestigiosi, da Voltaire, Montesquieu, Winkelmann.
